Felt like Amber was not as organized as she could have been. Multiple requests for “additional” information. Believe all necessary documents, etc could have been better organized and listed as a request from the beginning and not so piece-metaled like it felt. Once that was finally all done VIP Mortgage was very pleasant and easy to finish the deal with.
