Working with Danielle is great. Working with the VIP office in Scottsdale was not. I don't think communication was good at all here. The communication with our buyers mortgage company was much better. They were our friends and keeping us updated with how they were progressing. They had a lot more updates and much more information than we had. I had been sent an email stating our information was done and submitted. I called two days later and was told by that it was not sent yet. Funding worse.
