Great content and presentation! My only criticism would find a way to accommodate students that learn by taking notes.

Webinar was informative and presented very well. Mr. Stoehr was knowledgeable about subject matter and my Agency. More interaction would be appreciated - it was a long day and I know we barely hit the high points. GoToWebinar was not as user friendly as some other platforms I've been on. Thinking Person questions could be displayed online and answered like a "survey" to assess knowledge and evaluate participation.
