Great training, Presenter did a good job making the presentation interactive with the chat application. You can tell that the presenter was very knowledgeable on all topics and did a great job spacing out breaks. In other companies that I've worked for these trainings can feel repetitive with a hard time keeping the audience awake. This was not the case with Daniels Training Services. 5/5 Stars
The online version of the training was engaging. The information is reviewed constantly with our teams each year but Dan did a great job covering the material and making it easy to understand while also providing time to interpret what we learned.
I called Daniels with hazmat question (more of an interpretation of a regulation). The person i spoke with was very knowledgeable and understood the nuances of the more vague regulations and his response was complete, straight forward and able to comprehend. Thank you, much appreciated.

It was made as interesting as was possible. As important as it is, let's be honest it's pretty dry stuff. The small part I deal with was covered in less than an hour. I did learn quite a bit about the whole process. Ever since I found out it was required again I'd been dreading taking the class. This time was so much better I couldn't believe it was the same course. While I'm sure I won't take it early next time, I will not have the same dread either.
