In early August 2018, I emailed Daniel a question about closing a hazardous waste central accumulation area since he wrote about this issue in his July 18, 2018 blog. Daniel responded to me directly about my query and told me what he researched in order to determine his answer. Really appreciated his efforts.

Looking for a quick answer without digging through the Regulations, a quick google search returned a relevant blog post from Daniels Training Services, Inc. With a follow-up question still on my mind, I quickly emailed the company and in less than 20 minutes I had a clear answer that allowed me to move forward. I appreciate the knowledge sharing that is indicative of excellent customer service.
I called Dan today to talk about a universal waste question I had. WOW, let me tell you something. I have never felt more appreciative for the time and knowledge he shared at NO cost. He is a full book of knowledge. He knows his stuff. And the training''s he offers are overall cost effective. The things we discussed over the phone will ultimately be used to save our company money and time for sure. I know my Supervisor and managers will appreciate that. Thanks again Dan.
