Refinancing is a big deal and there are many unscrupulous people and business practices further complicating matters. From start to finish, Both Daren & Ashley were easily accessible when needed and when they were not available they called back ASAP. Most importantly however, they never once made us feel as if we were being taken advantage of--Ashley & Daren are the best and they deserve to be recognized for their collective efforts and professionalism.

Occurred quickly with a minimum of fuss. The only reason I haven't rated Shawn more highly is we actually dealt with someone else, an assistant (I think?) named Ashley. But the entire process was fine.
