TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

First time here, very clean, and great customer service. Ugh, I forgot the woman upfront helping pack the food and doing the register I was there around (1:50) today ,but she was top tier. I mean very professional, was helpful when it came to ordering and she was on top of everything. Hands down place especially because it stays open longer than the other restaurants. Ordered medium spiced sliders and bites. Very unique flavor. Everything was fresh. Will go back
This was my daughter and my first time ordering from here. It was worth the 40 minute drive. The food was well seasoned and there was plenty! At first I was shocked by the $40 price tag for two meals and two shakes but I understood why when we received the food items. We ordered the tender and slider with fries and let me tell you, there was soo much food. Was craving a chicken sandwich and decided to finally check out Dave's Hot Chicken. There is plenty of parking in a shared lot, as this place is located alongside many other chains/stores. Even on a rainy afternoon, it was quite busy. The inside has cool graffiti art and a decent number of tables.
