TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

This is probably the best chicken spot in the area. I was super excited for this place to be opened as I used to go to Newton to get Dave but having one near me is great. Service is always good and will definitely come back.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Daves Hot Chicken last night, and I can confidently say it's one of the best meals I've had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. W Store and Yasmin is the best staff there.
Food was fresh and hot , service was mind blowing! Very friendly staff. Nice ambiance walls filled with cool graffiti art. Very clean , always nice to stop by and grab a bite. Highly recommend eating fresh and not take out .

Decent fried chicken. I actually tried a different Dave's location for the first time recently and was so impressed that I came here a few days later! I think the trick to getting the "best" chicken here is you got to have it fresh. Eat it as soon as possible. I made the mistake of bringing it home and it was not as good as the other location where I ate my meal right away. Also, ask for extra sauce if you like to dip ;)
Food was awesome as always. Employees were very nice and polite. Definitely would recommend.
