TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

I'm glad that despite the name being Dave's "hot" chicken they still have chicken with no spice. I got the #3 which comes with a slider sandwich and a tender with fries. The fries are crisp on the outside and soft in the middle which is just how I like a krinkle fry to be. The sandwich was good! It's a smaller tender inside a small bun. amazing chicken tenders and sliders. great service! tenders were very spicy and juicy .
Good atmosphere, food came out quick and warm, better than KFC or Popeyes. Also thought the bread underneath the chicken was an interesting touch. Turns out it's to soak up any juices or extra sauce so the chicken doesn't get soggy.
This place has the best employees and a happy community the food is amazing and is a good price for a fast food restaurant
