This was our first time at Dave's Hot Chicken. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Imani who was behind the counter. Imani welcomed us in and asked us if this was our first time visiting. Once we said "yes" she kindly gave us a run through the menu and even offered suggestions. Thanks to Imani, we enjoyed a great meal and she even checked in on us from behind the counter during our eat in experience which you don't get often while visiting these types of establishments. I prefer the Dedham location. The food seemed like it was slightly better quality there. Service was friendlier and the space was nicer in Dedham as well. Overall, I prefer Dave's to other similar chicken spots.

Great consistent customer service from Lia!! Food comes out hot and fresh within a timely manner. Not to mention the food is consistently made wit quality.
Dave's Hot chicken is great!! Menu items are consistent. Staff is always friendly and ensures orders are accurate and served timely. Highly recommended for a quick delicious bite!
