The staff in Braintree is extremely pleasant and helpful. Every time I've had to order a pick up there, they're super nice and fast with the food.

I'm glad that despite the name being Dave's "hot" chicken they still have chicken with no spice. I got the #3 which comes with a slider sandwich and a tender with fries. The fries are crisp on the outside and soft in the middle which is just how I like a krinkle fry to be. The sandwich was good! It's a smaller tender inside a small bun. Good atmosphere, food came out quick and warm, better than KFC or Popeyes. Also thought the bread underneath the chicken was an interesting touch. Turns out it's to soak up any juices or extra sauce so the chicken doesn't get soggy.
