Look, I dont know if its because I am a black man in a Asian community or what. I walked in with my wife after getting 2 orders canceled over sauces that they clearly had upon arrival. Uber eats stated my order was ready at 8:26pm. We arrived at 8:29pm. The fries were cold and soggy, not crispy. The sliders were sad. The extra condiments and utensils specially requested on the app weren't present. By the way, all these happened as I watched the box get packed, so the food wasn't left out to get cold, it was straight up cold out the bat. Heads up for those considering ahead of time! Make sure you call to confirm.. I placed an order for pick up 4:30. I order two of the 18 flight wings with 3 flavors (which are preselected I don't get to pick). I got there around 5:10 to pick them up. The team then informed me that they were out of the third flavor "I picked" Then the girl in the front helping me said she can show me the list of flavors, she then proceeded to tell me the only flavors you can get are "the two you already have"... I went for Father's Day since my dad loves Dave's. The chicken slider and tenders ordered in my meal tasted like chicken that was fried hours before and heated in the microwave once ordered. Zero crisp to the skin yet burnt in some spots and completely bland and flavorless throughout. Also they gave us a tsp of slaw in the slider lol. We were super disappointed, so we'll have to take a break from dave's.

I used the kiosk machine and all i wanted was cole slaw instead of bread and I specifically put no bread but i ended up still getting bread in my order, I didnt know you couldnt do that so they replaced my fries with coleslaw?? I wouldve traded my coleslaw for fries but they straight up denied any solutions. It was an honest mistake on my part, very disappointed in the kitchen service, the cashier girl was at least willing to do something about it and ask. Do better
