I asked for extra cheese when I ordered my meal. I get the meal and there's no extra cheese. In fact there's less. So I ask to speak to manager and this little mad upset about her life woman comes to me with an attitude expecting me to pay for cheese again. And instead of fulfilling the customers satisfaction and putting extra cheese she refused with what seemed like satisfaction. This manager should be fired. Wooooow such a long wait the food is ok but waited too long over 35mins. No communication of the wait time when the order was made. If you are on a lunch break go somewhere else. Or order before your lunch break. I don't even have time to eat the food. Unacceptable!! wait time. The staff is working but something needs to be done.

Was so excited to try Dave's since I've seen it on social media before, however the food was so underwhelming and flavorless. I tried 3 different spice levels (lite mild, mild, and medium) and they all tasted the same, no spice at all despite the color difference on each tender.

I've always had a high tolerance for spicy food and never had a sensitive stomach -- until I ate the Reaper-level cauliflower sandwich from this location. There was no warning, no waiver, and nothing from the staff to indicate just how extreme the spice level was. I took only a couple of bites, and almost immediately experienced sharp upper stomach pain that radiated to my back, along with tingling in my hands. It was intense and alarming. This location has been great to me for the last couple years but I unfortunately did have an issue with the online website and it charged me twice. I spoke to the restaurant and they said they had issued a refund but I never reviewed it. My 30 dollar meal ended up costing me 60. Very disappointing

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Mobile ordered. Showed up right when it told me to, asked for my food and told them my name. Proceeded to wait 30 minutes until I checked on it again and asked the guy working. It was sitting under the counter the whole time. Dude just smiled and shrugged.

This place is a joke. Took forever to get our food. And when we finally received our order it was stone cold. The person taking our order was never in front but always in the back with the cook. The food wasn't that great either. Never going back. Plus the tables were dirty with food crumbs. Gross

heavily understaffed was front of the line and it took me 20 minutes untill someone was avaiable for me to order waited over 20 minutes for fastfood food was good but it took too long

The food is so inconsistent. Whenever I doordash they always mess up on my order. I just doordashed from this location about 40 minutes ago and they forgot my fries and had a massive pool of oil and soggy breading in the box. I ordered a medium and this tastes like it has no spice and super bland. I don't recommend doordashing if you want your food done right. The location on Bristol St is way better. The wait is longer but you get fresh food and exactly what you ordered.
