Worst Experience ever. RUDE EMPLOYEES. Especially the younger one. We were eating and they came to push in the chairs in our table aggressively. Manager needs to do something about this.
Super Rude employees. Kicked me out of the restroom saying I was not allowed to use it. Will NOT be coming here again.
gave my order to the wrong person and then made me wait 30 minutes will they remade it
The service here is awful. I waited 15 minutes standing and no one came up to ask what I needed. I was picking up an order and I see probably four workers through the double doors just goofing off and no one's in the front helping anyone you know a line continues to form and no one's helping. I work in the restaurant industry, and this is not a good look.
Of all the Dave's locations I have been to this one is the most unwelcoming. Their restrooms are covered in graffiti (that is not part of the theme), their handwashing area is not very conducive to being used at full capacity, and just overall was dirty both inside the stall and out. The times I've been to this location in the past the staff has been lukewarm and today it was more of a cold interaction. The food itself was good as always so I recommend taking to go but not to eat in the restaurant
The food here is consistently excellent and easily the highlight of the experience. Additionally, the staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and clearly doing their absolute best to keep up with the volume. However, the management needs to address significant issues with their pickup timing. They trick you on a tip. At the end of the third acceptance if you don't want to tip someone 18% for doing their own basic job then click left. It's not like they served you or did anything above their basic job. I uber and nobody tips me and people almost kill me on the road everyday. These people put chicken in a box....
Door dashed from this location. Received raw chicken. Called and got my mom back from DoorDash. Need to do better on cooking talks chicken.
I haven't even received my food yet but already know it ain't gone slap like I'd want it too. For such a limited menu , sure takes a long time for the food to come out despite having 4 workers in the back. Whole lotta people doing nothing lol Lots of door dash orders, etc. honestly these places shouldn't take up valuable real estate.
