Of all the Dave's locations I have been to this one is the most unwelcoming. Their restrooms are covered in graffiti (that is not part of the theme), their handwashing area is not very conducive to being used at full capacity, and just overall was dirty both inside the stall and out. The times I've been to this location in the past the staff has been lukewarm and today it was more of a cold interaction. The food itself was good as always so I recommend taking to go but not to eat in the restaurant

The food here is consistently excellent and easily the highlight of the experience. Additionally, the staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and clearly doing their absolute best to keep up with the volume. However, the management needs to address significant issues with their pickup timing. They trick you on a tip. At the end of the third acceptance if you don't want to tip someone 18% for doing their own basic job then click left. It's not like they served you or did anything above their basic job. I uber and nobody tips me and people almost kill me on the road everyday. These people put chicken in a box....

I haven't even received my food yet but already know it ain't gone slap like I'd want it too. For such a limited menu , sure takes a long time for the food to come out despite having 4 workers in the back. Whole lotta people doing nothing lol Lots of door dash orders, etc. honestly these places shouldn't take up valuable real estate.

I ordered online the mozzarella sticks and the cauliflower slider. I drove about 10 minutes to get there, arrived early, and still waited about 20 minutes for my order. I honestly didn't mind waiting as long as the food was good when I got it. But after the drive and the wait, everything was cold. Me and my mom went to get chicken for my sister birthday we got 14 sliders it was 100 dollars worth of food and when we went to pick it up they said a male came and pick it up 15 min ago even tho we have the receipt and why would They give our food to a random person they said he had the receipt even my mom has it with her and when we tried to. Tell them they would not do anything about and this was yesterday March 7 until the next day.

They gave our food to another person and we ended up waiting 40 minutes. I genuinely don't think we would've gotten our order if we didn't say something. We should've just gotten Cane's. Their soda machine does not work.

Self ordered using the kiosk. Ordered the two slider meal with fries. Service was friendly, when they gave me my order. My fries were cold and my chicken sandwich was warm. Didn't taste fresh what so ever. I've had other locations before, but I'm pretty disappointed in my meal.
