I'm genuinely so frustrated. I waited almost 20 minutes for a single sandwich and there was only two people in the store when I got there. I understand there are takeout orders, but the screen only showed a couple of those as well. I had somewhere to be and thought that I could rely on coming here for a quick Meal. They were closed at 1am and the sign says 2am and the people inside were cleaning didn't even acknowledge me as I was standing looking at them

I ordered two orders of the wings with fries. When I got home, both orders were missing the fries. I called the restaurant, and the cashier (Adrian g) told me to come back with the receipt and that they would remake the entire meals the wings and fries included. When my boyfriend and I returned, we tried explaining to the cashier even though Adrian g was there and was having his coworkers do the talking while he tried to hide behind the slushy maker. I've had Dave's multiple times at other locations and never had a complaint, but this was my first time at this location and I was extremely disappointed. The chicken severely lacked spices to the point where it was very bland. I usually get medium spice and at other locations, it's always a deep red color from all the spices unlike my experience here. The coleslaw also just tasted like I was eating plain kale and cabbage. No flavor at all. Will not be coming back to this location.

Never had slower service in my life. The guy in the front was the slowest worker ive ever seen. My food was literally sitting on the shelf for at least 10mins before he gave it to me.

I placed my order by 5:30, asking about on 5:50 and was told it was ready yet. Then had to wait till 6:20 and I started to notice the people that ordered around the same time as me already left. I asked again and was told " oh your order was ready by 5:40, did you not hear us when we called it out"? I said why did you tell me it wasn't ready when I asked earlier and they were like "oh if was a mistake" Also, I sitting right next to the register and I'm 100 percent sure that no one called my name. I ordered not too long ago. Made it pretty clear I wanted extra pickles. The cashier happily said yes. When it came time to eat my food after I have gotten home I saw that there wasn't any pickles at all. Now that's just RICH :( I took it personal. From now on I will always check the quality of my food before leaving this establishment since the service is disappointing

Food was so disappointing for its high price point. I went here with my friends for a late night snack and we were craving chicken, I ordered the combo and they gave me one sauce and they were out of honey, the cashier was so a little rude, but it was pretty so I won't get upset, however the chicken and fries were soggy.
