It took 45 minutes to get my food. Service was extremely slow. Food was cold and fries were VERY unseasoned. still enjoyed my food tho bc i was hungry af.

Not sure what's up with this location but my tenders are always dry and shriveled. I've been to this location at least 5 times and it always disappoints. Not sure if there's quality control at this spot but owner should check it out. Would love to go back as this is the closest one to me.

On yelp app this Dave's chicken place advertised that you can get a free soda with check in. I checked in and the cashier said we don't do that anymore, you have to give a five star review. They should remove the promotion from the app.

Let me start by saying, this style of chicken isn't for me. Clearly, they have their fans but for me it was only a notch above Caine's. That is not meant as a compliment. Sorry fans, to each their own. We came here because my kid's friends raved about it and we wanted to see what the fuss was about. Ordered using app. Came in after 1/2 hr. Was greeted right away telling the cashier I was there to pickup. Another 20 mins go by and after the place cleared with multiple walked-in orders served, went to talk to cashier and was informed their online order was down? I tried calling in regarding my order but the automated intro is long and when I tried to call the restaurant directly, it rings once then tells you your call is important before instructing you to hang up.

I tried the Cauli Daves #1 at this location and it was such a rip off. I have had it at the Anaheim location and the pieces of cauliflower were as large as the bread in the meal. The ones at this location were the size of a chicken nugget, very small. Also the portion of fries were a lot smaller than at previous locations I've been to. It was $18 and definitely not worth it.

This Daves is pretty awful compared to others and I'll explain why. They overfry the chicken which makes it dry. They overuse the spices compared to other Daves and just pump it full of sodium even if you didn't ask for it. The pickles are old and the fries are old from previous batches. The cauliflower gets fried in so much oil that you might as well get the chicken in and get more protein, not healthy at all. This place was actually really good for some time.
