First thing first, don't call them if you have a question. They won't pick up. I called non stop for a half hour straight, no answer and finally got so annoyed that I drove in and asked them a question. Their automated message even lets you know they won't pick up, which just seems really lazy.The food is good, the fries taste frozen though. We made an online order to pickup at 6:50pm but the food was not ready until 25 minutes later, at 7:15pm. There was a big crowd of people waiting for their online orders as well. When we opened the box, we realized both of the sandwiches had no pickles, even though we ordered just 1 without. The chicken was also not spicy at all, even though we ordered both at medium. we love the one in Claremont, we just moved to LA and this location gave us food poisoning (neither of us had eaten anything else that day, so we were able to pinpoint). I understand things happen on occasion but hopefully this can serve as an extra reminder to please check the quality and appropriate meat temps. 2 stars since the chain as a whole is pretty decent. It's impossible to get a refund for an order I never picked up due to the location being closed. It has now been two weeks and I haven't heard anything back as of yet. Unfortunately I don't live in the area either so I'm unable to go to the location in person for a solution

Quality has gone downhill. I paid almost $50 for a meal for 2. We got a combo and upgraded the fries to cheese fries and received plain fries. Also didnt receive any Daves sauce so the chicken was dry. And lastly we paid $3.99 extra for ranch dipping sauce which we did not receive. Plus tip on everything. Make sure to check your order before you leave. There is no quality control like there used to be and prices have gone up.

This is probably one of the most pathetic places I have ever been to. You have 50 orders at once, which is normal for them, and only two people working in the back cooking and two people in the front, which are also responsible for cleaning tables. Everywhere is dirty and food is coming out partially. The people that work there are also not very smart to begin with, probably bottom of the barrel people. Honestly, coming into this establishment, I felt somewhat a feeling of excitement. However, this quickly changed, as I waited for not 1 minute, not 10, not 20, but nearly half an hour for a single plate. I have always been one to back up dave's but today. This all. Changes. **** you Dave.
