I genuinely don't understand the hype around this place. I came in ready for a solid meal and left wondering if I'd just paid $17 to be personally disrespected. First off, the food? Trash. My chicken was overcooked, dry on the inside, soggy on the outside, and the seasoning had all the complexity of a fire alarm. It wasn't spicy -- it was just angry. The tables were so sticky smh. the back of my phone case and my sweater was sticky. I hate restaurants that don't have tissues out and you have to ask and this was one of them.

Ordered in the lobby and waited 35 minutes for two sliders and fries! To make matter worse, it didn't taste nearly as good as it did the first time I ate there last summer.

They downgraded their chicken quality to support their restaurant expansions. It's more rubbery and definitely less fresh last 2x I've eaten here compared to 4-6 months ago. You new chains really think we're that stupid, don't you? This madness needs to stop.

The mesh grate on the tables are filthy. Small portion of fries, chicken tenders were decent size. Fries serving was a small tray. Fries: Fries were cooked, decently seasoned.
