This is literally the best Dave's I've been too, very fast service and they make the food with love, other Dave's don't have the same vibe.

Ordered a combo and regular soft drink via the app, so my meal would be ready by the time I arrived. It was not until I tried using the soda fountain that I discovered there was no ice available and all beverages coming out of the machine were warm. The cashier was apathetic and offered no solution. I have been a loyal customer for years, and the staff has consistently been kind, often remembering my order without me needing to say it. My usual order is medium spice tenders with Dave sauce on top, never in a packet, and this has always been accommodated. I placed my order and then preceded to watch every single person who ordered behind me get their food before me. When I asked what happened they clearly lost my order and had to remake it as I'm the only person in the shop now. The short girl at the counter with red and black tattoos on her neck was passive aggressive and frankly rude and she clearly did not care about her job.

I genuinely don't understand the hype around this place. I came in ready for a solid meal and left wondering if I'd just paid $17 to be personally disrespected. First off, the food? Trash. My chicken was overcooked, dry on the inside, soggy on the outside, and the seasoning had all the complexity of a fire alarm. It wasn't spicy -- it was just angry. The tables were so sticky smh. the back of my phone case and my sweater was sticky. I hate restaurants that don't have tissues out and you have to ask and this was one of them.

Ordered in the lobby and waited 35 minutes for two sliders and fries! To make matter worse, it didn't taste nearly as good as it did the first time I ate there last summer.
