Customer service was really good! Sonia had really good energy and attitude. She def needs that raise! This is my go to location after school so food is really good and ambiance is great as well.

The service at the register was great! Workers are really sweet especially Sonia who was very attentive to my family and I's needs. Sonia definitely NEEDS a raise!!! The food was warm and done well not like many other locations I've come across. The vibes and ambiance of the store were awesome! They always had amazing music playing

I spend 53.00 they don't give a plastic water cup. They want me to write a review with 5 star then give water cup. This practice is against yelp's policy. The management is responsible for this practice.
Slow service takes 25-30 mins to get your order, not a fast food. Chicken is small for the price. Not recommended.

bad customer service, worker gave me attitude for no reason all though the food was good i just don't think i'll be coming back too this location. If i remember the employee was a girl with blonde highlights.

No sauce,no ketchup, no honey, AND can't even change the soda when it runs out? Plus my tenders were peak cold. Hmm I'm good. Seriously lazy overall. Overrated :(

What happened Dave? Your chicken was delicious when you first opened. Taken my family here many times and consistently getting worse! Took the food home after work and mostly inedible, threw it out. The chicken was stale, dry and hard! Even the kids don't like it anymore. Loved the vanilla milkshake as usual: everything else not so much!

The food is predictably good - but this is the slowest location ever. The one near my place is twice as busy and three times as fast. 45 mins for fast food while people wait in front of the counter after ordering in store is crazy! It wasn't even the busiest time of day.
