Disappointed and Overpriced! I went to Dave's Hot Chicken and ordered two mini slider meals, thinking I'd get a decent portion for the price. I ended up paying over $25, and the portions were shockingly tiny. These so-called "sliders" were barely one bite each, and definitely not worth the price. I felt like I got ripped off. For that amount of money, I expected something more filling and satisfying. Definitely not coming back anytime soon.

I wish I could say I enjoy this place, however living in the area with this eatery has been an annoyance pretty much from day one. I understand it's a shared space, but there's little to no respect for the tenants that live near this facility. I also understand that they, the workers themselves has control of the customers but when there is an issue that arises, one would hope it would properly be addressed to their abilities. 1st visit...Ordered to go, chatted with the cashier about not eating chicken... I went there to try cauliflower nuggets mild light spice added fries + drink. Drive home, taste the greasy fries, take a bite of a nugget and it's chewy chicken yuck!!! Frustrated drive back to return food, she offered me a refund (which I expected) then says I will have to pay the difference for cauliflower (which is actually cheaper) she was confused again.... Not worth the hype. Chaotic ordering process in a packed house. Over-use of dry rub makes the food barely edible.

The food is not consistent as far as spice goes, you ask for mild and it burns your mouth off. Other than that you can't go wrong with Dave's.

Absolutely Horrible Experience - They Took My Money and Gave Me Nothing! I ordered from Dave's Hot Chicken, and not only did I NOT get my food, but they also wasted my time and stole my money. My dasher showed up with the WRONG order, went back to fix it, and then the restaurant straight-up REFUSED to remake it. So, guess what? No food, no refund, and a completely ruined night. If I could could give 0 stars, best believe I would. Im usually not a review writer but the disrespect that I received at this store was absolutely unacceptable. I placed an online order for delivery, and my "Daves Hot Chicken Order" came with NO CHICKEN in it!! Went in for a quick bite to eat. I've always known the food to be bomb. Food this time around was cold. Customer service was cold too. Placed my order on their available screen which is cool, but was ignored by staff when seeking help. Restaurant wasn't even busy. Hope this restaurant improves on their customer service.
