It was my first time and Alex was really helpful. He helped me figure out what to order and what spice level to get.
This Daves is by far the greatest in the entire world. I came here one time with some friends on a field trip to CSUN and the food was so good.

I placed an online order for pickup. It said it was ready when I got there and I saw my order sitting there but I had to wait about an additional 10 minutes because the guy working there did not come to the window to give it to me. I would understand if it was busy but it wasn't. I had to go inside and ask for it, upon which I finally got it. I also saw a small sign on the counter that said "No fries sorry". I do not get the hype for this place. Food is fine, but it's not worth the horrendously long wait times to get it. Avoid this place like the plague.

I had to wait 40 minutes for my food. I saw five groups of people who ordered on the kiosk after me and they all got their food before me. When I asked why the other customers went before me, I was told that the mozzarella sticks takes a very long time to cook. I just grabbed my food and exited Dave's hot chicken. My fries were cold likes it's been left out for awhile. I been here twice and the service of the food is a problem considering it wasn't a busy day with lots of empty seats. Never coming back here again.
