This place has really lost its quality, especially with late-night orders. I kept giving it another chance, but for a while now the food has been disappointing. Tonight the chicken was soggy and dry at the same time, with almost no flavor. The loaded fries were disastrous, there was no kale slaw at all, and only four small pieces of burnt chicken on top. Overall, the food tasted dry, poorly prepared, and nothing like it used to be. Very disappointing experience.

there was hair in one of our sliders and when we went back they tossed the slider and half the fries and only replaced the sandwich. when we asked to also hav the fries replaced the cashier asked another worker and they said they cant make them for us and offered a drink. i wouldve preferred a refund but wasnt offered one and it was busy, plus i didnt want to complain when the cashier was nice

Overpriced/overhyped chicken and fries. Pffft. Their visuals are cool, but that's probably why it's so expensive; they gotta pay for the art on their napkins...

That was so incredibly disappointing. I used to love Dave's, and for years I'd always go out of my way to get it. Today however, I came to Dave's for the first time in nearly a year, and I can't believe how bad both the service and the quality was. The workers were moving so slowly, orders were stacking up and all they had to do was pass it to the customers. The average wait time was 30 minutes and it could've easily been reduced if they simply picked up the pace. There were long periods of time where there were no napkins... read more

Very disappointing 1. Cold 2 small slider. I could not even see the cauliflower. More bread and coleslaw than anything else. 3. I think I got 10-12 pieces of fries. 4. $18.00 5. No cups for water. No option for a regular cup to make up for the lack of water cups. 6. Out of mozzarella sticks. Just went to chilies across the street. They were great. 3 sticks for $10 Dave's has lost its originality. Time to find another chicken spot. Many other options out there

Didn't get what I ordered after waiting a while for my food. Decided to get a midnight snack. Worst decision. Should've went and spent my money else where.

Poor management! The staff is working very hard so no issues there. But I waited one hour and ten minutes for food that I had ordered online. No issues with the food, but it's unbelievable that no manager was available to monitor the foot traffic. Why wasn't a manager on site to provide a coupon or something to the many people that had to endure these ridiculous wait times? Fast food? If I could cuss in this review I would. I have been waiting for over AN HOUR for this food. Enough said, I won't be ordering here again. Nobody should have to wait for FAST FOOD this long!!!!!!

Placed an online order for pick up, was told it would be ready at 6:30 pm and did not receive my order until 7:15 pm. Absolutely ridiculous, I don't care how good the food is I would never order from here again due to that wait time alone. It was also disgustingly dirty and the floor was covered in sticky soda.
