Poor management! The staff is working very hard so no issues there. But I waited one hour and ten minutes for food that I had ordered online. No issues with the food, but it's unbelievable that no manager was available to monitor the foot traffic. Why wasn't a manager on site to provide a coupon or something to the many people that had to endure these ridiculous wait times? Fast food? If I could cuss in this review I would. I have been waiting for over AN HOUR for this food. Enough said, I won't be ordering here again. Nobody should have to wait for FAST FOOD this long!!!!!!

Placed an online order for pick up, was told it would be ready at 6:30 pm and did not receive my order until 7:15 pm. Absolutely ridiculous, I don't care how good the food is I would never order from here again due to that wait time alone. It was also disgustingly dirty and the floor was covered in sticky soda.

I just picked up my order and I asked the worker for sauce and was told it was included, but when I got home there wasn't any sauce at all, not even in the box. Also, the slider buns looked like they were just thrown in and the sliders weren't assembled properly.

Honestly the food is always fresh, tasty and the ambiance is nice, I only wish they put more sauce, there was practically no sauce on my sandwich and the little cup is almost always barely half full which is sad considering it's already a small cup around 2 oz, and it doesn't matter if you're dining in or taking it home your order will always be bagged Togo which is a little annoying, I hate to waste all the plastic containers and bags. Service sucked and they dont have honey or a water cup. They also gave me the wrong milkshake. They really fell off hard in the past year. Main chick is waaay better

What's up with some of the employees giving attitude when requesting an extra sauce? I just spent $21 on sliders, I expect to have more than 1 , 2 oz sauce which is usually all they give. There's no special instruction to request it on the website and I'm not paying extra when they give it out for free to people dining in.. can you either fix the ordering system or tell your employees to have better attitude? 2/2/26 at 5:20pm, ever female at the Togo window literally rolled her eyes and gave attitude. What a total crap show this place is. Workers lose orders, screw over delivery drivers, and aren't at all friendly or helpful. Food is over-priced freezer tenders they charge you more for because it's spicy. Fries are limp and not crisp. The place is always busy and has a ton of people. Very little parking in the lot and hardly ever a spot on the street. Dont go here. Definitely dont order delivery from here unless you want your food given away to random people.
