Meal took 30 minutes, longest wait I've experienced for any sort of food. Cashier said 5-10 minutes for wait times and when confronted she said I'm lying and that she never said that.

Good food, however expect to wait an extra 20-30 minutes minimum from when they say it will be ready if ordering ahead online. I've been to this location multiple times and it is always the case, without exception. Very disappointing since the food is good, but you might have a better experience ordering at Hawaiian hot chicken if you want your food in a timely manner.

There is no possible way that they messed this up. We had just ordered our meal ALL TOGETHER I TELL YOU and they messed it up. How tf do you mess that up. We had to come back to it just to get our food cold and unfinished again. Mind you that we live 15 minutes away. The wait itself was super long and our food is cold. Never coming back again..

3 different occasions, ordered the same thing for online pickup, and all 3 of those orders have been missing the same 10$ item. Get your shit together.

I just picked up my food to open it and see the smallest piece of chicken I've ever gotten the bread was bigger than the chicken.

service was decent, didn't receive utensils or napkins when i obviously got a mac and cheese could do better.

When ordering from doordash, and I somehow got an order from Uber eats! This is no doordashers fault! As the receipt on the bag said my exact name and order while the box with the receipt on it had someone else's order FROM UBEREATS! This was most definitely an employees fault! Please make sure to check orders carefully next time!

The reaper is so hot for some reason I can't handle it. I used to be able to handle it but now it's to hot. I hate spicy food now.

Every time we go to this location, the staff is rude, receive poor customer service, and a lack of professionalism. We will go to other locations from now on only bc of the staff.
