Food is overpriced, the sandwich tasted okay but they give you the tiniest sliver of chicken on a bun for about 7 dollars and the drink machine wasn't even working so i couldn't get the drink I wanted. Fries were bland honestly go anywhere else

Went here because my son is a hot chicken fan and I've discovered that I am not. It seems a bit chaotic to me. Can order at the counter or a kiosk which we did. Kind of have to watch for the person in front of you to get their food to know when to go up for yours. Could be better organized. The soda fountain had mounds of ice and no water available as it was making ice, per the employee. Just a mess that should be watched and cleaned up. The slider was better than the plain chicken. For all the hullabaloo about this place. I say its overpriced. if I'm going to spend that kind of money its got to be outstanding. There are a few places I go and for the money the chicken is out of this world. Howling Rays comes to mind. Now that's great chicken there. Huge portions and flavor beyond your normal average Nashville copy cats. Dave's would be ok at a lower price point similar to Popeyes for sandwiches. If I could put down zero stars I would. Very disappointed because I wanted to enjoy my meal after a tiring work shift and I tried ordering around 1am ish but a male employee with glasses said they couldn't take orders even though they close at 2am. He gave no explanation why and didn't try to accommodate me even though I just wanted to order a simple fresh meal after a very long day. After Howling Rays Dave's Hot Chicken was always a close second but man was I disappointed today. Where do I begin, the people taking your order always get something wrong (asked for extra sauce, paid for extra sauce but didn't get any), the place is filthy, trash and water all over the floors, the food quality has gone absolutely down the drain. Whether it's bad service ,to messing up on orders, to them saying they didn't even receive your order this place is just bad. Went in saying my order would be ready and they said they didn't even have it in the system. Last time they were very rude i wouldn't recommend coming unless you're truly craving dave's.
