I just picked up my order and I asked the worker for sauce and was told it was included, but when I got home there wasn't any sauce at all, not even in the box. Also, the slider buns looked like they were just thrown in and the sliders weren't assembled properly.

Honestly the food is always fresh, tasty and the ambiance is nice, I only wish they put more sauce, there was practically no sauce on my sandwich and the little cup is almost always barely half full which is sad considering it's already a small cup around 2 oz, and it doesn't matter if you're dining in or taking it home your order will always be bagged Togo which is a little annoying, I hate to waste all the plastic containers and bags. Service sucked and they dont have honey or a water cup. They also gave me the wrong milkshake. They really fell off hard in the past year. Main chick is waaay better

What a total crap show this place is. Workers lose orders, screw over delivery drivers, and aren't at all friendly or helpful. Food is over-priced freezer tenders they charge you more for because it's spicy. Fries are limp and not crisp. The place is always busy and has a ton of people. Very little parking in the lot and hardly ever a spot on the street. Dont go here. Definitely dont order delivery from here unless you want your food given away to random people. The worst place ever! N I'm not even talking about this location alone, I mean any Dave's Hot Chicken location! I really don't understand what the hype is about, honestly! I've given it a try maybe a handful of times, each time thinking maybe I just had a bad experience, bad order, but nope, it's nasty each and every time. Ordered online at 11:30 order said it'd be ready at 11:50 then switched to 12:11. when i asked at 12:12 they said they just received it. It's almost gonna be an hour of waiting for my food this is ridiculous. Don't come bad service and you won't get your food til way later. If you want hot chicken go try bang n buns.its now 12:23 just got my food absolutely embarrassing. ordered almost an hour ago

Disgusted. Ordered two sliders and a large sauce, when I bit into the sandwich I just felt hairs, assumed it was mine till I opened the sandwich and saw dust bunnies all over. Checked the second sandwich and same thing dust bunnies all over. It was as if the tenders had fallen on the ground and they still served it to me that way. Nasty. Asked for a water cup coz I don't drink sugary soda drinks and was told by the employee that they don't give out water cups anymore! So you actually have to pay for a fountain drink to get yourself a cup of water. No thank you!
