Mohammad was great like the fries and I ordered Hella food and he got me straight and got every single order right as well as excellent customer service but yeah he's a homie 10/10
Disgusted. Ordered two sliders and a large sauce, when I bit into the sandwich I just felt hairs, assumed it was mine till I opened the sandwich and saw dust bunnies all over. Checked the second sandwich and same thing dust bunnies all over. It was as if the tenders had fallen on the ground and they still served it to me that way. Nasty. Asked for a water cup coz I don't drink sugary soda drinks and was told by the employee that they don't give out water cups anymore! So you actually have to pay for a fountain drink to get yourself a cup of water. No thank you!

Hair on sandwiches? Nasty! I ordered two sliders, and each of them had hair inside. Like did you all do this on purpose or the person preparing the food had her hair untied and just shedding hair everywhere because wth?

awful customer service!! came to pick up my order ON TIME at 7:45pm today 11/15. when i approached the window i told the guy working the name under my order and he did not reply back to me, i told him again and he rudely said "you see it's not here yet so that means it's not ready". wow. i understand you hate your job, but learn how to keep it to yourself. do better. on top of that i waited an extra 20min for my order even though i ordered ahead and showed up on time to pick it up.

1 star mainly to catch management's attention. the employees are trying their best, so good on them. but the overall organization & service fell very flat. 1. Get a pa system, pagers, or sms text alert system so customers can know when their order-ready. The dining room is in a whole different section than the front counter, so it's impossible to know when your food is hot & ready - because you can't hear them yell your number! Service was extremely slow even tho it was not busy at all, had to get up and check every 5 mins just to receive our food cold and in plastic bags and boxes when we clearly picked the "dine in" option on the machine. AND ALL MACHINES WERE OUT OF PAPER couldn't even get a physical receipt. Now food wise the quality degraded so much it's insane. I ordered hot and didn't feel any spice, they just slap the chicken piece on the buns and that's it. Never coming back again.
