The chick-fil-a across the street has some competition. Went to Dave's before opening and were offered some free samples- medium and hot. The chicken is definitely hot and very seasoned but not greasy and the fries/sauce were nice additions. The chicken did taste really salty at times so I would go for less seasoning/more mild but overall great flavor. Update- Later I went for the slider and that's definitely the move- still pretty hot but so good/crave-worthy. One is enough.

So far I am very pleased with the chicken tenders. It is my second time coming to the restaurant. I like the fact that it's open late until 11pm be able to get taste food to hold me over for the evening. My previous visit I selected the hot and reaper chicken tenders and they were both very delicious tonight I picked the medium and I was very pleased not spicy for me. The reaper chicken may be too spicy hot for most people. Glad I found this place.

I got the wrong spice level but if I did, this would be 5+ stars Ordered the #2 combo (two sliders) You get 2 full chicken sandwiches with fries I got the medium & my wife got the hot The chicken was super juicy, had a very nice crunch & overall tasted great. Fries tasted great The medium was a tad bit spicy for me so if you can't handle spicy, I recommend getting the mild Next time, I would like to try the Mac & cheese

Service was wonderful! Not a long wait. This place is for people who like a lot or spicy / salt. Me in particular I am not a huge fan. But the chicken was delicious. I was able to mask some of the excessive salts with the sauce. I enjoyed that' the fires were yum! Nothing special but for sure the perfect crunch and soft.

This is in the right spot ! With all the "Nashville HOT" spots popping up , this place definitely has a niche. Simple menu, your choice of heat, and a beer on the side doesn't hurt. The layout is spacious and the flow of ordering/ pickup food works well. Dave's HOT Chicken. Unlike those others... (with the weird hours) ... I would give you five star if you add Waffles on the weekend.....

I've been to one of the LA locations and this one was very comparable. I was very impressed with how quickly the food was ready and how fresh it was. It was very flavorful and was a very large portion. They don't make people sign a waiver to order the reaper sauce like they do in Cali which was weird but it was so good overall. We will definitely be back.

I decided to give Dave's a shot. I had the combo that included 1 slider, 1 tender and fries. I believe I tried hot flavor. The "slider" is more like a chicken tender sandwich, dressed with coleslaw, pickles and "Dave's Sauce" I drizzled honey over mine and it was DELICIOUS. The spice level I chose was a bit much for me, but still good. The tender was served on top of sliced bread- I drizzled honey on that too Now they missed me with the fries, man! Service was great , food comes out fast , however I wasn't able to finish the 2 slider combo they were too huge, & overpowering definitely need a nap after consumption

Definitely was hyped to try this place out! Heard so many good things about it. I of course ordered the chicken/sandwich meal. If you can't handle heat, I would do anything below mild. Every mild was way too spicy for me. Area is clean and it was packed but we were able to find seating. Food came out pretty quick, 10-15 minutes. The chicken is good!
