The is a newer location, not sure how long it has been here, but still has the now open sign up. Located on Ventura Blvd near Van Nuys Blvd. specifically at the corner of Ventura and Cedros Ave. the "La Reina Plaza" this location is pretty big inside, but did not seem like a lot of tables, but I guess enough. Chicken is great. But beware, it's hotter than you think, even for the moderate-levels! Also have to say that the bread is nowhere near as good as Cane's. Ditto the fries. But the chicken is good enough to make up for it. They don't have salt, but they'll give you a side of their season salt if you ask.
First timer and it did not disappoint. The services was quick and the restaurant was clean. The food was excellent. The spicy chicken and the seasoned fries was very good and freshly made
This is my first time at this branch, believe it or not. And I am embarrassed-not-embarrassed to admit that I ordered "MILD" chicken sandwich because I'm lame. There was no line to enter. No line to order. Very short wait to get our food. There are plenty of indoor seating. Street parking is available in the surrounding street. If you still can't find one, Cedros Parking is cheap and is conveniently located across the street.
On my cheat days, you will most definitely see me at this location. By far the best fried chicken fast food to exist. Always crispy fries, tenders, and their pickles are OUT OF THIS WORLD. You want a good cheat day, GO TO DAVES SHERMAN OAKS!!
Simply put, I was expecting more. The place was boring in appearance and the food was not exciting either. Dave better do something quickly
