I'm sad to report that my love affair with Dave's Hot Chicken ended tonight. I loved this place....the food...the fast service...and the bonus tender they always added to my order. But tonight that all ended when I waited over 20 minutes for a simple #1 Combo while 11 (yes 11) employees wandered around the kitchen (2 of them texting) instead of working. I went to go check out this place that everyone is rating so fantastic, I got one "slider" and one "tender". It was so salty and unfortunately dry and over done I was sad to spend the money on this food, wouldn't recommend. I'll stick to canes chicken.

Chicken came out luk warm even though they were not busy. Chicken flavor was okay the best part of everything was probably the fries...warm and crunchy. Inside was clean and the employees were friendly, but we could not hear what the cashier was saying because the music was blasting as if we were at a concert. Nothing that made me say OMG I need to come back to this place.

Was looking forward for this place to open. I purchased the chicken sliders with fries. The chicken was ok, but the bun they used seemed old, cheap, and not fresh. If you're gonna charge this price point you need to get a better quality bun. Also the fries were not fresh either. I can tell fries which have been sitting out and tasted refried. I actually threw out most of the meal. As of now, I won't be back. Maybe I'll change my mind if I see pics of a better product.

Sooooo, I'm sad to say that this place doesn't meet the hype. Sadly, the chicken hotness is done with a powder. I know that taste. I got extra hot, which is too hot. You don't really enjoy the food, but that's on me, not them. I've heard that the mild and no hot are good, but in the end, you're just eating tenders. I had high expectations for the spicy sandwich, but it just wasn't that great. The sauce has no flavor. The bun can use some upgrading as well. The the kale-slaw? There was a hair stuck inside the chicken tender. It was disgusting. They should start wearing hair nets. Update I left a review on the website she mentioned

The chicken itself taste good. Seasoning bad. I had mild and hot. The Mild seasoning is grainy and overbearing. The Hot seasoning is too hot to taste. I really enjoy hot spicy food. This tasted bad. The Kale slaw was flavorless. So strange to have such overspiced chicken and tasteless slaw. The slice of white bread with the meal is kinda funny. There are 5 better chicken places nearby. This might be considered pretty good chicken elsewhere. I would never go back.

Was very excited to try this place due to lots of hype and the new opening. The drive thru had a line of over 20 cars and inside there was a super long line as well. When we got the food it was not hot and it was very average. Nothing special and not worth the wait.

Ayo real shit. This mf SMACK!!!!! I waited a whole ass 23 mins to get my food & I'd do it again!!!! Even tho this in some boujee ass location with mfs driving corvettes even tho I'm there in my rusty ass 05 minivan idgaf I'm waiting there to get some of this hot chicken that mf spicy and CRUNCHY AF!!!!! And there's a fine ass lady taking your order too so I mean shiii u got some good food and beautiful women real shit I recommend this mf
