The guy who normally works the drive thru is a great guy. Today I watched six employees sit and laugh as I was the only car in line and waited over 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich at 2pm on a Wednesday. I came back to Daves for the original guy who had great customer service. the new crew is awful. I will not be back. A guy who looked like the owner couldn't even apologize or get my order right after 20 minutes

A simple menu and small, basic dining area. The fries were okay, not great (kind of soft and soggy) although the seasoning was tasty. The chicken was a mixed bag - tender and high quality chicken breasts but we didn't care for the grainy texture of the breading and seasoning. The coleslaw and pickles were delicious.

While I have long admired this brand for its flavorful offerings and vibrant atmosphere, I must unfortunately report that the level of service I received was egregiously substandard and warrants It became apparent that operational efficiency was lacking. Everyone i know RAVES about this place so maybe it's just me but the seasoning is literally just thrown on top of the chicken and not like marinated in so it's weird. The chicken itself is good quality but doesn't taste good. I was shocked i thought it would be so good. The people were nice though

I ordered a hot chicken,slider and fries yesterday and I'm still feeling sick from eating them. I literally had to leave work early because of the stomach pain. Never again will I be going to this place.

I went to this restaurant yesterday, if it was the speakers or not but at first they misheard or a misunderstanding when we asked for NO sauce on the sandwiches but they put no coleslaw. Thought it was fixed in the drive thru. I returned home and found my order wrong (see photo). frustrating sure, but we are all human. The chicken was dry as shit, good service, that reaper is no joke i took a lick of that and thought i was gonna have a hard attack i had to leave my tray in there bc i thought i was gonna die so im very sorry about that the fries were good but god damn i had to shit after that i had to stop at a mcdonald's. It was expensive as well
