Got the hot level chicken strips and the fries. The spice blend tastes great and was damn hot. Had to drink a lotta milk to not die. The breading on the chicken was just right and nice and crispy. The chicken itself was also top notch. The tender size is very large. 2 are plenty for an adult. The fries are the crinkle cut variety. Were good and crispy, but otherwise unremarkable. Day 1, 1:30pm, and the milkshake machine is already down...not a good start! The chicken is good, a little salty, but the spice rub is tasty. Tenders are pretty big, which makes you wonder how many hormones you're ingesting because they plumped up the chickens to get tenders this size. The Dave's sauce is irrelevant and doesnt add a lot of flavor (definitely not as good as Cane's). It is VERY EXPENSIVE for what you get. Over $32 for a #2, #3, side of mac and cheese. I used to go to the la location and loved it so much. So excited they opened one up here. Everything was delicious as always and the drive thru attendant Kendra was very sweet and took the time out to see how I was doing even though they were so busy.

Let me start off with great customer service and fast at fulfilling orders. We really wanted to like this place but we didn't like the seasonings they use. We had the slider and 1 tender meal and the kids had the 2 tender meal. I preferred the slider over the tenders since it had the kale slaw and pickles in the hamburger bun. It has a very heavy paprika like taste. Not sure it's worth $11 or $12 each meal. It's just wasn't for us.

So excited that Dave's opened up in the neighborhood! I had the chicken sliders, and they were delicious. They have seven spice levels to choose from, and I went with the medium. The kale slaw on the sandwich had the perfect amount of crunch, and the fries were delicious too. Looking forward to going back!

This is the best hot chicken I've ever had.The layering of flavors and the crispiness can't be beat. I washed it all down with a strawberry/chocolate milkshake which was excellent as well. I look forward to making many more visits.

Amazing food and an amazing staff, chicken is amazing and juicy, loved everything I ate here, will be back here weekly. Drive thru is my favorite option to use, store is very clean and exotic.

Love their chicken tenders. When in the area, will pass up Cane's to grab Dave's. Three of us had 7 great tenders but I got ripped off on the gratuity! I pushed 10% tip on a $41.42 bill but when I got home and looked at the receipt it wasn't $4.14 but rather $8.05! Shame on me for not looking at the receipt before we left! Great reason why I won't leave a tip next time I am in at Dave's.

Not a Naperville local so i wanted to try Dave's. Ordered food for pickup and when i got home 30 mins later I noticed they completely messed up my order. I called and the manager said no problem we will write it down and take care of you next time you are in the area. I called when i was in the area again and they acted completely oblivious and said we can't do anything. Was on hold and then spoke with manager for over 30 minutes and said I'm not going to help you or do anything. Manager name was Jordan..avoid at all cost. H... read more
