I came in thru the drive thru and Anthony B help me at the window with great customer service and was friendly and helpful I really recommend coming here the food is fantastic and freshly made the vibe is amazing

He took the time to answer questions, gave helpful recommendations, and kept a positive attitude the whole time. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customer experience, but Anthony definitely stands out. He made the visit smooth and enjoyable, and I'll definitely be coming back because of the service I received.

I've always been impressed with the service and quality of food at Dave's Hot Chicken. I had a craving tonight and Micah L. took my order at the drive through. i appreciated the courtesy and effort taken to make sure my order was complete. Great food and great service.
Micah L. was pleasant the whole time. She stayed respectful and cordial even through this crazy heat wave going on. I like her attitude and she has good work ethic.
Anthony is absolutely amazing! Normally the workers seem like they're not very excited to be talking to me. But Anthony really went out of his way to make me feel like he really cared about not only my order but it genuinely felt like he felt really bad about being out of mozzarella sticks. Normally don't leave reviews, I've actually only left one before this and it was for a similar reason. Whatever Anthony wants from this company he should be getting. 10/10 customer service.
