I had such a great experience at Dave's Hot Chicken thanks to Steven! He was super nice, respectful, patient, and genuinely helpful the whole time. Honestly, good customer service is hard to come by these days, so I really appreciated how he treated us. It made the whole experience so much better. My sister and I both noticed it and just wanted to say thank you, Steven, you're amazing! Keep up the great work!

The food quality is very good! One of my favorite places to grab a chicken sandwich. Steven was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful with recommendations since it was my first time taking my friend. Will go back again.
