TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Out of all the hot chicken sandwiches in Chicago Dave's seem to get it right. I've eaten here a lot. And every time they are on point. The new loaded fries are amazing. The cauliflower bites are very tasty. And the sliders are always great. The service is always great. The place is always clean.
Amazing service, my cashier was eager to explain the menu to us and answer all of my questions! He was extremely nice. I got the #2 with two sliders and a side of fries. I love spice and i don't think hot is enough for me, but it would be for someone who likes spice a little bit but can't take real heat. Extra hot was a good spice level for me; the kale slaw was alright and the sauce was pretty good. THE HONEY WAS AMAZING WITH THE CHICKEN!! Would definitely recommend asking for the honey packets. Dave's hot chicken is sooo delicious! I had it for the first time at new years and am already ordering again. John is also awesome and easily made an update to my order after it was placed which was super convenient and fast. Can't wait to order again!

Craving Nashville hot chicken? You must go to @daveshotchicken We recently went to the one at 3643 N. Western in Chicago. The menu is simple, but the food is anything, but.
