the food was great as always but the restaurant was everything but clean or peaceful, there was crumbs and sauce all over my table when I asked the worker if they could clean it responded with no where busy in a rude manner and a hint of disrespect and handed me at most 4 napkins. and the food took much longer than usual to get done. and when it did come out the fries where old my tenders had the wrong sauce it was a mess considering not going back after this experience.

This fried chicken is different! Try it to believe it Convenient location, has a parking lot for easy parking, youth vibes to the restaurant, helpful staff and delicious food. I stumbled across this Hot Chicken Place in Chicago while running some errands and let me tell you...IT WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD. We ordered a couple menu items and we devoured everything. The food was cooked to order, crunchy, spicy but not too spicy, flavorful and fresh. The stack of pickles was so refreshing and I can't recommend this place enough. Wanted to give this place a try. Had the slider and tender combo. Extra hot. It was good. Not overly spicy so if you like heat this won't be a shock to your system. Think I'll try the reaper seasoning next time. The chicken was cooked nicely. Juicy but cooked throughout. They have more things on the menu that I'd like to try, but can't eat it all in one sitting. Would go back.

The chicken is amazing and the service is incredible every time. I used to order from Dave's on doordash a lot, and have now gone in person several times. The decor and music creates a fun and lighthearted atmosphere that is only amplified by the exceptionally kind and attentive staff. I am always served promptly and with a smile. It seems like the employees genuinely enjoy working here and I hope that is the case. My go to order is the medium heat tenders and fries. Their milkshakes are great as well.

Always wanted to try Dave's Hot Chicken and finally was able to when I moved to Chicago! Ordered from this location on Grubhub and it did not disappoint! I got the hot honey chicken sandwich and it was incredible, some of the best chicken I've had from a chain restaurant. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking to Dave's!

One of my favorite hot chicken spots in Chicago. The heat was up there which I absolutely admire and it did not lack in the flavor department at all because of it. The texture of the chicken the seasoning the breading all of it was phenomenal. The staff was also exceptional They were very helpful. generally the place was fun to go out with friends. Will definitely come back
