TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Halle R was very nice and helpful when explaining the menu. She was very elaborate when asking about it the spice of the chicken and asking if I wanted any sides. The atmosphere was very welcoming and not rude at all.
First time visiting Dave's hot chicken and Halle was very friendly and helpful she recommended great food and was quick with service will be returning! Thank you Halle
I really liked how Halle R took our order. She was nice and got to us quickly. She was understanding of the persons time when ordering and gave us the time we needed.
