TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Service is fine and nice. The taste is good, the fries and chicken is very seasoned so if you like food over seasoned this is the place. The Mac n cheese had a weird smell. And it is very pricy.

I went in thinking "buffalo" spicy in my mind, but after tasting figured out it was much closer to a chili powder, paprika, cayenne, etc. Initially, I wasn't much of a fan, but as I adjusted to the flavor profile, it grew me. I had the medium level heat, which seemed right on point. The pickles provided a nice balance with the heat. And the fries were pretty great. Overall, I'd recommend.

Holy mackerel!!! Sooo good! I got two sliders (1 hot and 1 medium) sooooo delicious. Fries were perfect. I give 5 stars but I did feel like the medium has just a bit too much seasoning but overall super good!

One of my all time fave chicken sandwiches! Ana and Jacob took great care of us right before closing! My husband and I were starving and they happily served us and swiftly! :)
