This is a barely 3, we have been at least 5 times prior to coming yesterday, first time several weeks after opening which still had long line out the door. That time we were pretty impressed we had the #1 option medium and hot levels, both just right. So after that all the times we came the only complaints would be twice we would get 1 good size tender and one rather small, one time one order had 2 rather small tenders and another person with us had 2 rather large ones so on same ticket you'd think they'd adjust that. The cashier was super friendly! I never write reviews yet here I am since I had great service. Super friendly, and ultimately the food was great! I will definitely be going again!
Good chicken but not the best I've ever had. Very salty and it's definitely going for heat factor and not taste. Not worth the hype I've seen but the reaper sandwich is definitely a worthy opponent for all heat challenge seekers.

The best chicken strips & sandwich ever. I really do not enjoy a chicken sandwich however this place changed all of that. It is awesome. That is it.

Everything about the chicken sandwich was amazing. I loved they provided extra pickles. The inside of the restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly.
Amazing chicken. Sooo good. The hot is really hot....like make your scalp sweat kind of heat. Medium is not hot at all. I wish there was something in-between. Fries are good too.
