Always wanted to try this chain. They do a great job. Order was prompt and correct. Flavor was great. Had other hot chicken that has been hotter per level but really no complaints on how they do their thing here. Would recommend!

Initial thoughts were positive, good flavor, good spiciness, quality meat and hefty portions, but I had gut-rot for like 3 days after, hence the only 3 stars. Negative 1 star for the severe gut-rot. I've been avoiding fast food for a while, but had to try, that may have played a role in the extended gut-rot.

When Dave's Hot Chicken first opened, I was surprised because for some reason I had always associated it with the West Coast...to think that such a place as Menomonee Falls would be graced with its presence? However, I never made my way over to try it out because it's a bit out of the way unless you're in the area, and there were stories of long lines during their early days. Extremely long line, but it goes by fast. Menu very simple chicken tenders or chicken tender sandwich. Nashville hot is not my favorite but not a bad sandwich at all

Chicken was overall good just a little greasy. Came out fast and hot. Customer service was lacking and was a disappointment with dirty tables and staff not friendly or helpful. Pricing for two chicken tenders, fries and two bottles of water was $17. I assume that pricing is reasonable.

I was expecting much more from here. When hot chicken is in the name you expect a certain level of heat. I found the chicken to be more sweet then hot, more of like honey flavored. The fries were ok, a bit soggy and the Mac and cheese was runny. They also forgot my chocolate shake with my order. Maybe it was an off day? I probably will give this one more chance, hopefully that day I will be able to get heat and not sweetness with my chicken.

I waited a bit for the traffic to die down before trying Dave's Hot Chicken but finally had a chance on a weekday during lunch time. It wasn't too busy, not much of a line either which was nice. My friend that just moved back to the area from Houston met up with me. Ordering was fine but the cashiers were very blunt, as I was asked immediately, "do you know what you want?" Everything from the ease of the ordering to how fast our food was done and to top it all off with how good our food was. This was my first time here and I will be coming back because of how flavorful the chicken is and the way the chicken is cooked it's just perfect. Continue doing what your doing because it's great.

Went right at opening, got through the line quickly. I had a few questions about spice levels and the cashier was so helpful! Hanna and her team were doing such a great job to keep the line moving and answering questions. Took my order home and I couldn't believe how well it tasted after sitting for a while. Chicken was crispy on the outside, very flavorful! Loved how many pickles I got. Cannot wait to go back!
