I was in Howell and figured I'd grab an early dinner (went around 4pm). I ordered Dave's #2 (two sliders and fries) with spice level medium, substitute cheese fries, a side of Mac and a small strawberry shake. All this cost me $24. When I got home, noticed no cheese on my fries. (It even said sub cheese fries on my receipt) I figured maybe the little container they gave me was the cheese. Nope. Disappointed. Great fries and great chicken sliders. I ordered a Medium heat chicken slider and an Extra Hot heat slider (they wanted me to sign a waiver for the Reaper heat so I went with the step down). The chicken is pretty good. I did get some stringy bites but overall it's crispy crunchy and pretty good stuff. The heat level was a little underwhelming for the level right under Reaper but I liked that the pickle and the kale slaw added something to the texture and the taste. Uh oh!! Dave's is AMAZZZING! I only went through the drive through but I'm telling you it's SO good that Dave's diet even need a dining room. Remember how restaurants began offering "grown up Mac & Cheese" and we ask thought that was the best thing ever?! Dave's is like KFC for grownups. It's SO good! Give it a try!

Once again Dave's Hot Chicken did not disappoint! Our meal was so delicious! Isaac took our order and was delightfully and enthusiastic about his job. My only wish was I lived closer so I could have it more often.

Chicken is extremely juicy. I got 2 tenders with a side of cheese fries. The cheese was layered all throughout the fries so I got some cheese with every bite. I got one hot tender and one medium tender. They both had just the right amount of spice. There was no wait and I got my food made fresh in under 5mins. Service was good. Food is a little expensive but I will definitely be coming back.
