Rating: 0/5 Terrible customer service. An employee named Becca yelled at us and said she couldn't help us if we needed another minute, claiming the store was "extremely busy" when there was literally nobody else there. She was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start. She also refused to make shakes, saying the machines were already cleaned, even though the store didn't close for almost another hour. $15 for three badly overcooked chicken tenders and surprisingly undercooked fries. I could get the same for half the price at the KFC across the street, and they actually make their biscuits, all I got in my box was a couple slices of white bread. If I want a simple chicken tender, I'm not spending this much. It's clean inside, though I suspect that's more because it's recently opened than effort on the part of the staff. Chicken was bland without having add the hot sprinkle on it and that still was nothing special. Side were mediocre and overall over priced for what you get. Very disappointed as was hoping for something better than KFC as an option around here.

We went here for the first time last Saturday. I had high hopes as I live spicy chicken! I ordered 2 single chicken tenders with medium spice with a bottle of water- it was 12.49! Prices are outrageous for what you get. The spice was so overpowering, too much cayenne!! No balance of flavors. The inside of the chicken was overcooked Very disappointing!! Will not be back! First time eating here- im from KY and they actually open one there last year but haven't had chance to try. Saw a TikTok guy who was trying the slider and said was really good. So gave it a chance- my thoughts are, first they didnt get my order correct as I asked, but I didnt notice till got home. Expensive and just not very good at all. In fairness, I must admit that we tried it shortly after they opened but I doubt we will give them another try based on all the other choices available.

I can't believe this place is still running. They treat their employees with so much disrespect and ignorance it's unbelievable. The teenage employees don't really notice because of how high they are. They had new management take over after just a few months of opening, they changed everything for the worst. Not to mention the food is so expensive, $15 for a sandwich, fries and no drink. What a joke.
