Learning that the manager is not good to the employees. Doesn't give any notice when an employee needs help, just fires them. Constructive criticism goes a long way. Perhaps the owners need to be aware and guide her more.

Food 4/10 service 2/10 I ordered cheese fries, as labeled on my order. I did not get cheese fries, just regular plain fries. Fries were cold. I was given the least amount of sauce possible and I ordered a medium spice level, it feels like I got no spice at ALL, just plain chicken. I am just in shock :( have been to other Dave's, have never been treated like this.

Dining room floor really sticky! Place should be jumping ! But business is very slow, not catching on franchise a little weak! Chicken was very tough. Not sure if it was undercooked or just old? There's actually quite a few of these hot chicken restaurants and Dave's flooded the market with them. My opinion they're at the bottom of the list compared to legends Joe and a lot of the other smaller places. The chicken is good, fries are okay but always cold. The reason I'm giving 1 star is the service. Out of the 4 times I've came here, my order has been wrong 3 times. This latest visit I ordered the 2 slider combo and received the 2 tender combo, but they still charged me for the sliders. I don't recommend coming here unless you're going to take the time to open all your food and make sure they got it right, because they most likely didn't.

Food is good once you get it, but they are ALWAYS severely understaffed. One slider takes a half hour to get. Don't order this place if your group is getting other food in the shopping center or you won't eat until they have already eaten their food. As I am waiting for my food a group has been standing her for 10 mins just waiting for someone to take their order. Such a joke.

Zero stars if I could! GROSS. The chicken is soaking wet in grease and only tastes like fried grease with powder all over it. Also, it took FOREVER for the food to come out and it wasn't even busy. Find another spot!

I heard lots of good things about Dave's so I took my son to Seal Beach location today. My son was really excited to try out the place. We went around 2 so it was pretty quiet. We ordered two #2. Service was good and we eagerly took our first bites. Boy, we were shocked. The chicken was so salty!!! I could barely finish the meal. My son basically had to drink a gallon of water to finish it. Chicken was very salty, not very good service either. Not a recommended place to go to.
