wow! food and service were amazing. i love to see dave's expanding throughout oc. it was pretty slow when i went here around 12pm. adan m helped us out, he was really sweet.

It's just a fun place to eat chicken My girls love this place. Retro and colorful. Clean and well maintained. The menu is super small and easy to order from. Quick service, the staff is attentive and super outgoing . The chicken can be mild to super hot, and the eating ambiance with all the art is very cool. A must visit for chicken

tasty. medium is quite warm. good tunes. mac & cheese is a side that can be swapped for fries. slaw is not my favorite. kids running around was harsh to my dining. but not entirely the fault of the restaurant.

I've been to about 5 different Dave's Hot Chicken locations and I found this one to be the best one. Sunday lunch a few people in line but the food comes out pretty quick. Store was clean. Ordered the #3 slider and tender combo. Food was fresh and fries were crispy. Tender was bigger than the other location in Irvine. Overall great experience. Would to this location again.

The food is great! Delicious chicken tender sliders with cheese, pickles, slaw, and special sauce!! Not to mention the best fries in the industry. And of course a small mention of tiny ice spheres being dispensed into my fresh Diet Coke. The service was good and quick! The ambiance was very chill. Lots of cool graffiti on the walls to make for a good vibe. Overall one of the best chicken spots that will leave you full and spreading the word on the experience your taste buds encountered.

First of all, I have to say that the food here is very good. We've ordered the no spice and the mild spice chicken, and it doesn't disappoint. However, we tried the macaroni and cheese and kaleslaw sides for the first time. They are over four dollars each and for an 8 ounce container, they barely fill it halfway. I talked to the manager about it and they said that they are only supposed to put 8 ounces in the cups. But I believe the cups are 8 ounces(1/2 pint) so therefore they should be filled all the way. Never been disappointed with the food here. It's always served fresh, hot, ready to eat. The flavors are wonderful and it's always consistent. Dave's sauce is to die for. Knocking off the one star for customer service. I usually order online for pickup and it feels like almost every time I come in, I have to awkwardly stand there before the cashier notices I'm even there to help me. Before I start this review I must disclaim to you that I am a fried chicken connoisseur as such I've had my fair share of fried chicken.
