The music is so loud it hurts your ear dumbs. In addition when the announcer makes an announcement it's even louder. I told the management and they did not care nor do ANYTHING to fix it. Then it took forever to get the sandwich. Overall my large family will not return.

I don't want to put this review to hurt efforts of the people working the store, but I have to because the service was slow and this unfriendly person walked in the store with a horrible demeanor and decided to hurt my feelings. Someone who makes up a reason for someone who hurts his feelings in a counter or line, is honestly unworthy of being in that store. During my visit for a quick weeknight dinner, only the service and the mac and cheese were good. I think the gentleman's name was Mason, but he was knowledgeable and patient during my order. The fried chicken left much to be desired...I got the lowest level of spice (mild), but it shouldn't be bland or sweet, right? Combo doesn't even come with a drink and they ask you what drink you want like it's included. Small portions too. What a joke. What can you say when they're bought out by private equity.

Tuesday night around 9pm came here ordered 2 slides to go and when I was picking up my order she asked if you needed anything I just told her give me some Dave sauce she said oh we give you 2 free after 2 we charge the customer and they charged me for an extra 2 sauce I told her I'll take the extra sauce. Another branch near angel stadium Anaheim . Every time I go there, no one charges me extra.

I was waiting for my to go order for over 20 minutes terrible I asked for my money back they didn't even apologized I was in my 30 minutes lunch I had to go back to work hungry

When I first had Dave's I thought it was delicious well seasoned and sloppy but quality. It's been about a year and a half since the last time I had it. Had a craving for a spicy chicken sandwich and this one was quite disappointing. It's definitely not the chicken sandwich for me. If you like it, great, but it wasn't for me. Service was ok. Plenty of parking and easy to find.

Loser, loser chicken dinner. Man... so disappointed. Big fan of Dave's but it was disappointing to see a bunch of precooked tenders sitting in the back when we walked in. Get home and these things are wafer-thin flimsy and dry. This is how the Irvine one used to be until they improved. Last time here after this experience. Zero juice or plump in those.
