Loser, loser chicken dinner. Man... so disappointed. Big fan of Dave's but it was disappointing to see a bunch of precooked tenders sitting in the back when we walked in. Get home and these things are wafer-thin flimsy and dry. This is how the Irvine one used to be until they improved. Last time here after this experience. Zero juice or plump in those.

Came here to enjoy a meal with friends 1 hour and 30 minutes before closing and asked for a milkshake but the rude cashier said they turned off the machines already. I understand half an hour before closing but one hour plus is unacceptable.

I ordered loaded fries thinking they're going to stuff it like last time and gave out the right of condiments but today what on earth is this this isn't "LARGE LOADED"fries what am I going to do with ONE ketchup and ONE Honey packet

This is such a bummer, have eaten here several times before and I was so disappointed tonight. I always get the tenders no spice, before that ment the same seasoning with no spic, now they don't even put the seasoning. No spice equals no flavor. Not even salted and it was hard on the outside. I am very sad to know that this is now how they making the chicken with no spice.

Wowww!!! First time ordering chicken fingers here. I noticed it didn't come with the dipping sauce. I asked the girl for some sauce and she said it's $.49 What the hell?

I regret ordering these for $15.49. It would have been better to buy two hamburgers, and the fried chicken is a bit tough.

Cashier insisted on selecting the amount of tips before finishing the transaction when there's no such screen on display. Besides, if I am ordering my food standing and getting my food when my number is called, why am I going to tip? Worse part was I spent the next 25 minutes in bathroom after eating there. Ps. Music is too loud if customer and cashier can't hear each other.

Miguel at the front is rude. Borderline racial profiling. Went to pickup my order and he made it more complicated than it needed to be. Good food. Bad front employee. Was staring me down thru the window when I left like I didn't actually order and pay for the food. Was rude and unprofessional.

I've ordered over the phone always from this location, and others. When I called tonight, the first time no one answered. I understand the answering machine says go to the website to order for quicker service because it is busy.. But says if you wish to continue to reach the store press 5. Which I always do at the Tustin store and the Anaheim location. I will never go back to the Tustin location after tonight.
