Chicken so good it'll make you wanna slap your mama. Hot is pretty hot but the pickles and Dave's sauce tames it down.

Been wanting to try this franchise since hearing about it on YouTube. We ordered online and came for pick up. Busy busy! Mostly people coming in and out and waiting for their pick up orders. Not a ton of people dining in, but there were a few groups eating outside. The space inside isn't all that large. It's a long narrow hallway with a decent amount of outdoor seating at the back. Restaurant was packed with only a narrow hallway to stand in, however the food was great and only a short wait.

Great chicken. We had tenders and the sliders. Both were very juicy and flavourful. Mac and cheese is nothing special, but the kaleslaw was great. We were scared to try the extra hot and reaper, but found the hot to be a little too mild. We'll definitely be back to step up the heat.

So fun! Tried the mild combo number 3 that comes with a tender and slider, fries... love that you can try both in a combo bc I love having little bits of everything. Opening day they gave out little chickens, stickers, and shot glasses.

This place was a disaster and I will never return. It was expensive and didn't even include a drink in the combo meal. The chicken was utterly disgusting and not edible I actually threw my food out in the trash right in the parking lot.

We went to the Dave's Hot Chicken on the East side of Madison WI. My daughter order a chicken sandwich and mild for the spice. She hit hot instead. I even tried the chicken and it was way hotter than medium as that is what I got. She went back up to ask that her sandwich was hotter than mild. The lady told my daughter that she saw the other lady took it from the mild. My daughter responded that it's way too spicy. Extremely slow. Ordered nuggets with fries waited 20+ minutes with one one order in front of me. Chicken was good, fries were Luke warm and not great. 9.99 . Too much for what you get and certainly not "fast" food.

Terrible service - bunch on kids playing around, playing I wanna be cool. The food: the hot is not eatable way too hot and the portion is not filling. This comes from a guy that eats a lot of hot food. It was passed to someone else to try it and they could not eat it. We are talking about first hot level one not the three upper ones. You pay $15 bucks for a meal and the soda and you leave hungry. They make feel like your a number that is bothering their "I wanna be cool" time.
