My food was cold, not crispy and just taste like it was drowned in salt. I'm pretty disappointed. The mozzarella cheese still was a cold salty The only great thing about the place was the staff! They have a little person, that works there, I hate that I did not get her name but want to recognize her for her OUTSTANDING service! She is so sweet and professional and helpful and patient!!

This place was a disaster and I will never return. It was expensive and didn't even include a drink in the combo meal. The chicken was utterly disgusting and not edible I actually threw my food out in the trash right in the parking lot.

We went to the Dave's Hot Chicken on the East side of Madison WI. My daughter order a chicken sandwich and mild for the spice. She hit hot instead. I even tried the chicken and it was way hotter than medium as that is what I got. She went back up to ask that her sandwich was hotter than mild. The lady told my daughter that she saw the other lady took it from the mild. My daughter responded that it's way too spicy. Extremely slow. Ordered nuggets with fries waited 20+ minutes with one one order in front of me. Chicken was good, fries were Luke warm and not great. 9.99 . Too much for what you get and certainly not "fast" food.

Terrible service - bunch on kids playing around, playing I wanna be cool. The food: the hot is not eatable way too hot and the portion is not filling. This comes from a guy that eats a lot of hot food. It was passed to someone else to try it and they could not eat it. We are talking about first hot level one not the three upper ones. You pay $15 bucks for a meal and the soda and you leave hungry. They make feel like your a number that is bothering their "I wanna be cool" time. I don't get the hype. The chicken wasn't even hot. I ordered the very hot chicken, & it wasn't even spicy. The seasoning was kinda gritty but didn't have that much flavor. The service was great though, those guys were awesome.

Taste very basic. Price is beyond ridiculous. Very overpriced for the crap u receive. Not worth it at all.

One word foul. How people eat this I don't know chicken is dunked in paprika no flavor whatsoever. Chicken quality is poor and you can taste the grease from the fryer. Dave's sauce tastes like straight up mayo and a stomach ache waiting to happen don't waste your time.

Ordered the slider/tender combo - Chicken was so over-seasoned that you couldn't taste anything. Just a spicy/hot sensation. Slider had coleslaw, pickles, and sauce which was decent, but you can get better chicken for a better price at just about anywhere.
