I came to Daves Hot Chicken for the first time with my family. I was nicely greeted by the staff and specifically Andres was the one who took our order. He was very knowledgeable, nice, quick and friendly. He provided an amazing first time experience for me and my family. The food was delicious and the chicken was hot, crispy, JUICY with lots of flavor. Thank you to Andres and the amazing staff there. We look forward to coming back again soon.
Such an overall great experience from the second you step in and are greeted. Alan is such a nice guy and made sure I got everything I needed. The food is so good too. Easily one of my favorites chicken sandwiches.
The 5-star is for Andres, These guys work super hard to provide a good customer experience for everyone that comes into this store. However, this is for the owner. I don't like the new tipping system. I always tip when I feel that I have good service and these guys work way too hard to not be able to get consistent tips. Not everyone will leave a review, most often than not, people throw away receipts and/or are not consistent about having to take an extra step to leave a Google review. Came in and was greeted by Jolene. Super nice and explained the menu, levels of hotness (no spice up to reaper), etc. We both ordered the #3 with cheese but with different heat levels. I opted for mild and did the fries. BF ordered medium and upgraded to cauliflower bites. We also ordered a side of mac and cheese. While we waited for our food we looked around.
