Had never been to a Dave's Hot chicken before, but will definitely be back. The cashier Kaelynn H. was very helpful and she greeted us with a great smile and attitude. She gave us great recommendations too!

Highly definitely recommend this place, especially in San Luis where you don't get a lot of good fast food options. The food is FIRE. Awesome customer service too (shout out to Mr. Salvador).

First time eating Dave's Hot Chicken and it was DELICIOUS! I'm not one to say that casually since my taste buds have changed over the years, but dang! This chicken is super juicy and amazingly delicious. Beats Raising Canes any day. Service was amazing too, super friendly people. If I lived closer I'd come here everyday-it's that good...not to mention it's Halal too.

Wow I love the chicken here. The cashier Jacob was the man and helped us decide on what level spice to get. He made the right call for us with medium. Best fried chicken sandwich I've had in awhile.

Front register superstar Vanessa, @ Dave's Hot Chicken in San Luis Obispo was amazingly kind and helpful for just slanging chicken and fries on a Thursday afternoon. Food was meh.
