Giovanni had great customer service. I highly recommend this place not only great customer service but the food is amazing. I highly recommend that management allow employees to receive tips from this place. They deserve it.
The staff here is amazing. Jacob did fantastic on his first day on the job. Jolene and Alan are great, and the food is always tasty.
Overall amazing service and food was outstanding. Wife was looking for something with a small kick to it as in spice wise and man i have to say we were surprised on how delicous this food was! Highly recommended and this place is definately underrated .!! One of the best chicken spots in SLO county!!!!
Tasty chicken and fries! The service is always great here, but Eric went above and beyond for my jet lagged self today. What a gem! Also there's plenty of shaded outdoor seating which is nice.
Awesome addition to town and the local take out scene since arriving last year. Always fresh food and equally fast service offered at good prices. We especially appreciate the late night hours well beyond 10PM for us locals here in SLO. The establishment itself is fun/clean/well thought out though the line can build awkwardly close to the front doors of the main entrance when it's busier. Phenomenal customer service! Was greeted immediately by a friendly staff , Anessa & the manager Alan. ( they don't accept tips ) The restaurant is super clean ! The food was delicious and came out quick ! Anessa recommended adding cheese and im glad I did . The manager ( Alan ) stopped by my table and gave me a quick history lesson about Dave's Hot Chicken. I'll definitely return!!
Andres provided excellent customer service and the manager was very helpful! It is one of our favorites!
