Came in to redeem a promotion they've been offering for 10/23/25 and the young man at the register said I wasn't allowed to use it, walked out.
I ordered a two slider item with fries last night for my man and I. When our order came and we opened it up, both sliders did not have chicken in them. From a place that's known for their chicken sandwiches, how do you forget to put chicken in your customer's order.
Order thu DoorDash on 9/25 and I got an Oder with no chicken. Apparently if you don't tip the cashiers they will short your ordered
Yes, but don't eat the reaper; it was an extremely painful experience. It's a hundred times spicier than extra hot. Would definitely go back again for extra hot spice level with anything there.
Worked 19 hours today, got off 30 min after midnight and wanted some food. Hot chicken sounded good, I could have gone to raising canes, which was closer but I noticed Dave's was open so I gave them a try, first time trying it. My first time in a Dave'sHot Chicken and I must say the service has left a lot to be desired despite an army of people in the back there was only one young lady in the front getting orders out. I have no issues with her and her efforts. With that said it took almost 30 mins to get an order from a place that only sells chicken. On a positive note.....the chicken was good!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE......food took over 1 hour longer than when they said it would be ready. Bad service, bad food, bad experience... do not go here please

They gave me wrong pickup order.. it was old and not crispy order... very bad cordination, had to wait like 20 minutes after my ETA too.
Fuck the reaper got me good! My nose was running took me a few mins to get it together. So worth the hype .
