went here for a uber driver delivery order and they had me wait at least 50 mins while everyone else already got their orders. this is also on a Easter Sunday. i had even told them i had a previous delivery waiting to be delivered yet they still took too long. i believe this was on purpose. i don't trust this place, eat here at your own risk, and suggest reading the other reviews for other bad things here. i enjoyed writing this 1 star review, as you have wasted my time delivering. enjoy it, thanks!

Ordered chicken bites and they replaced 3 of the 10 with cauliflower bites...I keep going back to give this place another chance to redeem themselves. Every time I order whether it be to-go or via DoorDash, items are ALWAYS either missing or incorrect. It's just annoying to pay for items and not get them CONSISTENTLY and when I make them aware, they scrutinize as if I'm lying when I'm positive this happens to a lot of people so why are we acting surprised something is missing?
Steer clear of this location! Terrible service and poor execution. We frequent several other locations (Tustin and off Bristol st) both in person and their Uber Eats and never have been treated so poorly. We purchased 80 dollars worth of tenders for delivery through Uber Eats, 90 dollars after we tip the driver. We were hoping to relax at home and not have to leave for a late night meal. This has got to be the worst Dave's Hot Chicken in Orange County and the manager Alexis is a complete joke. I would recommend trying any of the other Dave's locations and avoiding this one entirely. Their service is awful and they don't know how to cook fried chicken tenders which is the only thing they offer so overall it's a huge waste of money.
My chicken was not the correct heat level that I asked for, I asked for hot and I was given no spice.
paying full price for a quarter of portion of your order is crazy. it's always the same with this specific restaurant
Waited 45 minutes to an hour just to get some cold chicken. We were told after 30 minutes. It would be five more minutes because they're waiting for the chicken to be cooked. What an upset. Not coming back here again.
i ordered delivery from here... and the chicken came completely unseasoned. come on.
