Dave's Hot Chicken is located conveniently in Broad Ripple. We walked in, and ordered our food at the counter. My first impression was that the employees did not want to be there as they didn't greet us and were not friendly. The menu consists of chicken tenders that can be ordered with buns or without. Dee served me very well, and my food was ready fast hot and fresh. I recommend Dave's Hot Chicken in Broad Ripple to anyone.

Placed an order online on a Friday afternoon for lunch pickup. Menu is pretty easy and minimal with four options of chicken sliders or tenders. You can also choose your heat level. I went with mild. Food was ready at the given pick up time. The meal was just okay. Nothing special or extraordinary. Tenders were a decent size. Mild spice rub had just the right amount of kick. Dipping sauce was good. They also offer shakes, mac and cheese, and kale slaw.

This is a 5 star restaurant. A little pricey but definitely worth every penny. Never had a bad experience. Please open one in Fishers ASAP.

We were out near Broadripple and decided to stop for lunch. I convinced my 11 year old to venture out from McDonalds and try Dave's Hot Chicken. Our cashier, Kumaria, was really patient while my daughter decided on a Tender Meal (Lite Mild) with an Oreo Shake, while I got two sliders and fries (Medium). My daughter described the Oreo shake as scrumptious, and we both had to-go boxes. The pickles were on the side, which she loved bc they were still crunchy and not warm bc of the sandwich. The worker that took our order was super friendly and helpful. The music and indoor art was really neat to look at. The chicken was very seasoned, whether that's a good or bad thing, it depends on your taste buds

I'm not a fried chicken connoisseur by any means, but this chicken is delicious. I had mild and thought the flavor was perfect. At first I was a little taken aback that a restaurant in Indiana didn't offer ranch, but I didn't miss it! The sauce that comes with it was perfect. Mac and cheese was a little soupy for me, but also not a connoisseur of that either. Slaw was delicious and the fries were perfectly crispy. Hubs likes chicken sandwiches so I'm going to have to drag him here with me one night. Yum!

Dave's hot chicken was different from the other hot chicken places I had tried. Dave's has a dry rub on their chicken it isn't dipped in sauce. They have a large range of heat -- I went with the mild and that was enough for me. It had a nice kick but my mouth wasn't on fire. But if you want the fire go for the extra hot or reaper.
