Only one dipping sauce available, and no ranch dressing? Plus, the place is noisy, all hard surfaces, nothing to help cut the noise of loud conversations from adjacent tables.

If I could I would give this place 0 star...... I'm very disappointed from today's experience. I had only ordered a milkshake and a number one I got my milk shake fast but it took over 30min to receive my food. And my friend who got the number 4 got there food before which makes no sence since my food is so easy to make and even other people got there food before when they had ordered after me I am very very displeased from this experience and I am missing my fries. I had lunch here with my daughter and the illustrious Peter P. I agree with his review that you couldn't tell the difference between the medium and the extra mild. Also, the "extra mild" was pretty darn spicy. I have a feeling our order was messed up and they gave us medium for both. Our order was wrong, like really wrong. We were supposed to have one extra mild tenders meal with fries, one sandwich meal with slaw, and one additional extra mild tender for the kiddo. Meh. The Medium wasn't even the slightest bit hot. It tasted. Exactly like the Extra Mild. And the milkshake was just sad. I expected hand-scooped ice cream and a blender. What I got would have made McDonald's proud. My vanilla shake came straight out of a machine behind the cash register. I'm a bit of a Nashville hot chicken aficionado, and this place is near the bottom of the pecking order. They only serve chicken 2 ways: chicken sandwich or chicken tenders. There's no bone-in option.

Service was wonderful! The restaurant was super clean and the wait wasn't too bad at all. I was just not a fan of the flavors. But that is subjective so if you want to try Indy's hot chicken offerings then add this to your list. If you like dry rub, ignore my post. This is the place for you! What a let down. The chicken wascaked with dry rub that tasted like chili powder(that was the mild). Had the light mild too and again just caked with dry rub. The chicken was moist but the outside coating was pretty disgusting. The fries had a little seasoning that was nice. But the cheese fries had no seasoning and some cheese drizzled lightly on them... not worth paying extra. The plain fries were better, actually the best part of the meal. The Kale slaw was horrible.
