TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Always consistent, hot, fast, and friendly. Recommend the two sandwiches and fries with extra Dave's sauce. The sauce is so good and the fries always hot and fresh.

Boy Howdy ~ On my 1st stop thru here, my Wife and I ordered TWO of the Slider Combos... Lemme tell ya, these "Sliders" should be called Sammiches... They are HUGE! And not only that, they are Delicious! We still order 2 of the Combos so that I can have 1 to take to work the next day (for lunch)! Great Dine-in Vibe, too! **)

Nashville Hot Chicken. Mostly hype I would say. A few of our party got no spice - which literally meant no spice (not even salt and pepper) very bland? I had the hot sliders which I enjoyed - accurate spice level. The slaw is flavorless and overall the flavor was out of balance. Heat- check, acid - check (pickles), sweet - nada. Seems like the buns are Brioche - but some sweet in that slaw would help balance it all out. The real stand out is the fries - they are really really good.

This restaurant has awesome sauce and fries. Their food is REALLY filling and heavy though, so I always get a #5. It's not on the menu, but it's the smallest food option. Even with that, I can never finish half of it. One thing to consider when going though is that the drive through is unusually slow. I'm sure there's a reason for it, since that's how it is every time. But if you're looking for a quick meal, I'd choose another place. If you're looking for something tasty, heavy, and good, this is a great place!

Check marks for size, flavor, and juiciness on the tenders. All of the flavors are relatively on the same heat spectrum, BESIDES the reaper. The reaper is on another dimensional plane compared to the other spice levels on the menu. It kicks you in the throat down to you're stomach. I've had Da Bomb and other explosive sauces. There's a reason why everybody needs to sign a waiver. Be warned and start with tiny bites, if you're willing! Spiciness Comparison Extra Hot - 2/10 Reaper 8/10
