TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Nothing too surprising here. It was pretty busy yet we got our food in about 5 minutes and there was still seating available inside. "Hot" was probably a little more mild than other hot chicken joints. The sauce is a little more mayo than I'd prefer, but the chicken is moist. Another pretty good option in the sea of hot chicken.
Stopping here once a week has become my tradition. I order the same thing and it never disappoints.
Food is amazing and I am definitely coming again. Customer service was great as well. Very polite and nice. My daughter loved the atmosphere. Very clean and welcoming. I purchased the number 2 and number 3. Goes very nice with the cheese. Very delicious
Line can be very long but worth it! Chicken is always great and service just depends on how busy it is. Cashier was really nice, attentive and sweet. I waited maybe around 10 minutes for my food inside for a To go on a busy day. There's also dine in and drive thru. Medium has 0 flavor. Extra spicy is really good and as expected, the hottest spice level is overhyped. It's good, but not really worth eating more than once for the price.

Absolutely delicious! The Mac n cheese is a bit on the soupier side but I really enjoyed the seasoning on the fries (&the cheese!) and chicken. I got the medium level for heat. Staff was friendly and the service was quick. Will certainly be going back!
