Dave's is hands down, the best! Their food is incredible, the staff is great and our orders are always right! The app is super user-friendly and I am amazed how accurate the orders always are. We tend to order for 5-6 people at a time (working in a 9-1-1 dispatcher center) and everyone never complains about the food or accuracy of their order. When we arrived, there were a few tables that had customers who were waiting for their food. It took a little while to get our order placed, even though there was one customer ahead of us. I'm not sure why it took so long for their transaction to be completed. It looks like starting from June 1, people have to ask for single use items, such as the cutlery and the ketchup packets. Went in on a Saturday for dinner. Was pretty busy inside but was able to order right away. Plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. I ordered a hot chicken slider and a extra hot strip with fries. It ran about $16 which I thought was a bit pricy. It took about 10 minutes for the food to arrive but was worth the wait. The chicken was juicy and the spice is a dry rub. This is what 50 of your hard worked slave hamsterwheel hours money allows you when you doordash Daves Hot chicken a meal for 2 when you pay for extra sauce & honey after giving them a chance to redeem themselves from my last time but hey just a customer paying doordash tax for extra sauce & honey! How hard is it to tell your team to have consistent courtesy for online orders! Send it out as if you would be the one receiving it! Youd think the good karma from the fast food days would pay off.Dave out here penny pinching

I just went through the drive-thru and experienced the worst service ever. We got our food, and I asked for more napkins because the employee only gave us one napkin and some honey. She completely ignored us and closed the window. We waited for a bit, and when she finally came back, I asked again for more napkins and honey. She responded really rudely and even made a face at us. I sure hope the owners read this- I ate there a few months ago and it was amazing! Good chicken, flavor, crinkle fries... Went back on 10/01/25 and it was disgusting! Very disappointed! I got the large topped fries, hot- fries were soggy, very little sauce, limp coleslaw, and the nuggets were disgusting. No dipping sauce included, and 2 little packets of ketchup. Just not my vibe. The mild is sweet. Not saucy. And very bland like there is no seasonings. I got the 10 piece bite and ate 3 of them. Didn't like the sauce either. I'm sooo disappointed. First time def won't be back.
