I've tried Dave's hot Chicken 3 times now hoping to like it but The only good thing about it is the sauce. It's overpriced and not a ton of flavor unfortunately.

I don't know, but it's crazy to me that when you ask somebody if they want ketchup and honey, and they say yes and then you don't put ketchup and honey in the bag y'all just ruined the night. Y'all deserve a sad pickle face.

I have been ordering from this location for over a year now and they're food is always amazing. Today my husband went to order their collab meal with the game monster hunter wilds, when he ordered, the lady at the drive thru had no idea what he was talking about and kept asking him to repeat himself. He then had to order it online and when he went up to the window to pay the lady was not friendly and just handed him his food. Very poor service. Took very long to get your food. They focus more on the drive thru and let the people inside wait very long. You can't even enjoy your drink while you wait because there's no ice. So we had hot drinks to sip on while we waited 45 minutes for th number 1. Very terrible service.

My daughter and I visited this location around 11pm, I went up to the counter to grab our food and I heard the back area playing music. I don't have an issue with them having their own music going, whatever makes working more fun. But I heard a song playing dropping the hard N word and the F word used to talk negatively about gay people. Again I think it's great they can play their own music in the kitchen, but is that kind of music really work appropriate? Other than that, the food was great! Dave's Hot LIE. Negative -5 stars mainly due to the service and being accused of lying. The 1st time was great nice large size chicken in my sliders and tender. The 2nd time...DO NOT LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU WITHOUT CHECKING YOIR FOOD...EVER. These people gave me smalls asē half burnt chicken. When I took my order back inside because I was so confused. Food is good. Ordered drive thru no 3 with cheese. Told at when ordering and at pick up window $16 something. Offered no receipt. Today checked bank acct and my card was charged $19.90

Let's start with the positive. Service was great and food came up quickly. OK here we go, why wouldn't it be, they basically only serve chicken tenders. Tenders are longer and thinner than buns so a slider is half bun only. Chicken is breaded not battered and was over-cooked and dry. The sauce is too sweet, but some may like it. ...WAY EXPENSIVE. I paid $32 for two and get the same at Chick Fil A for HALF the price....and the chicken is tender and juicy and fills the bun.
