I sure hope the owners read this- I ate there a few months ago and it was amazing! Good chicken, flavor, crinkle fries... Went back on 10/01/25 and it was disgusting! Very disappointed! I got the large topped fries, hot- fries were soggy, very little sauce, limp coleslaw, and the nuggets were disgusting. No dipping sauce included, and 2 little packets of ketchup. Just not my vibe. The mild is sweet. Not saucy. And very bland like there is no seasonings. I got the 10 piece bite and ate 3 of them. Didn't like the sauce either. I'm sooo disappointed. First time def won't be back.

I've tried Dave's hot Chicken 3 times now hoping to like it but The only good thing about it is the sauce. It's overpriced and not a ton of flavor unfortunately.

I don't know, but it's crazy to me that when you ask somebody if they want ketchup and honey, and they say yes and then you don't put ketchup and honey in the bag y'all just ruined the night. Y'all deserve a sad pickle face.

I have been ordering from this location for over a year now and they're food is always amazing. Today my husband went to order their collab meal with the game monster hunter wilds, when he ordered, the lady at the drive thru had no idea what he was talking about and kept asking him to repeat himself. He then had to order it online and when he went up to the window to pay the lady was not friendly and just handed him his food. Very poor service. Took very long to get your food. They focus more on the drive thru and let the people inside wait very long. You can't even enjoy your drink while you wait because there's no ice. So we had hot drinks to sip on while we waited 45 minutes for th number 1. Very terrible service.

My daughter and I visited this location around 11pm, I went up to the counter to grab our food and I heard the back area playing music. I don't have an issue with them having their own music going, whatever makes working more fun. But I heard a song playing dropping the hard N word and the F word used to talk negatively about gay people. Again I think it's great they can play their own music in the kitchen, but is that kind of music really work appropriate? Other than that, the food was great!
