Dave's Hot LIE. Negative -5 stars mainly due to the service and being accused of lying. The 1st time was great nice large size chicken in my sliders and tender. The 2nd time...DO NOT LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU WITHOUT CHECKING YOIR FOOD...EVER. These people gave me smalls asē half burnt chicken. When I took my order back inside because I was so confused. Food is good. Ordered drive thru no 3 with cheese. Told at when ordering and at pick up window $16 something. Offered no receipt. Today checked bank acct and my card was charged $19.90

Let's start with the positive. Service was great and food came up quickly. OK here we go, why wouldn't it be, they basically only serve chicken tenders. Tenders are longer and thinner than buns so a slider is half bun only. Chicken is breaded not battered and was over-cooked and dry. The sauce is too sweet, but some may like it. ...WAY EXPENSIVE. I paid $32 for two and get the same at Chick Fil A for HALF the price....and the chicken is tender and juicy and fills the bun.

Went through the drive thru, had Dave's hot chicken for the first time ever. The food was great, tastes really good, but both mine and my husband's orders were wrong. They were just not listening to our order. Never got a receipt from when I paid with my card until I got the bag with the food in it with the receipt on it, so I didn't get a chance to correct them. I ordered there 2 piece lite mild chicken strips, and fries. when I got them I got 3 pieces which was a surprise, but the covering of the chicken was strange. never seen a dry rub on chicken being severed that way. It stuck to your fingers and everything. It was like eating a dry powder rub. It did not taste very good, dry, I dipped it in the little cup they gave you. I have been wanting some spicy hot chicken and everyone had been telling me to give Dave's Hot Chicken a try, so off I went. I went with a 1 slider with fries. For the chicken I went with a medium heat since it was my 1st time and wasn't sure about the levels yet. And for the fries I upgraded to cheesy fries. They put a fuckin label for the pickles container in my food. As well as put extra pickles in the box and on the sandwiches on an order I said no pickles on. Quite silly

Food tasted okay, cheap chicken.. horrible shake. Once you're done eating you will feel alright. But wait for it to digest. Sitting here and hour later feeling like absolute garbage. About to throw up! Great way to spend a Saturday night, thanks for selling horrible quality chicken Dave's!!!! Never going back. Do not suggest unless you're willing to pay a crazy price to feel like garbage. No more cheat meals for me, sticking with a classic like in n out!

Cold food, awful customer service! The wait time was considerably longer due to the fact it was a busy Friday night. As far as ambiance there was three bigger families in the restaurant all of their kids were running around and kept running into me and other customers while I standing as well as when I was sitting and waiting for my food.
