TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Took a drive from central Florida to check this out . Very simple menu, and the food was good for fast eats. We tried the Mac and cheese as well. It's creamy and a great side to offset the heat. You can also order the chicken with no spice. A humble suggestion would be to offer ranch as a sauce . There's not a lot of sauce options. Maybe pack your ranch if you're a ranch lover !!!! The young gentleman who helped us was very friendly and informative as well. Great service!
Emily greeted us immediately upon entering and took our order. She was very kind and even brought the food to our table instead of calling out our number. We did not wait long at all and the food was very good. Will definitely be back, thank you Emily!
Dave’s Hot Chicken serves the best chicken tenders I've ever had! The flavors are incredibly delicious, and the tenders are always juicy and perfectly cooked. One thing to note is the significant gap between the hot levels, especially from medium to high. If you're not a fan of extremely spicy food, I highly recommend sticking with the medium. Heard all the fuss about how good Dave's hot chicken and they did NOT disappoint!!! Some of the best chicken I've had in forever. A flavor so different from what you're used to eating. I do not regret going here. The food was amazing quality, and quick. The workers were all friendly and patient. Quiet and settle place to sit down and enjoy your food. I highly recommend and I would definitely come back here again. 🤤🍗
